Our team and culture

The Source team is made up of around 40 bright and hard-working individuals, most of whom work in the London office. There is a small-company culture of autonomy and invention, especially in the Digital Infrastructure and Development team, where the pipeline of new products is most active.

Every year, those who have worked with the company for the longest time get to nominate a destination for one of our quarterly meetings, and then everybody gets to vote on where we go. So far that’s taken us to Istanbul, Seville, Dubrovnik, Corfu, and the Loire Valley in France.

Source is an equal opportunities employer and will provide reasonable support to disabled applicants throughout the recruitment process. Please contact laura.pisani-ferry@sourceglobalresearch.com to identify any additional support that you might require to enable you to make an application.

Please note that the successful candidate will be asked to fill out a criminal record self-disclosure form.
